Transformative Microdosing Protocols
Combining an extract of Lion’s Mane mushroom with powdered cubensis and niacin (the flushing form of vitamin B3], massively increases the expression of NGF (nerve growth factor), engaging a vast array of neurological networks—whole brain involvement from the hippocampus on through to the central nervous system.
These protocols have been shown to be very effective as treatment for depression, PTSD, and anxiety, while promoting mental acuity and brain cell regeneration, enhanced cognitive functions and creativity, increased socializing, providing a greater general sense of well-being, and reducing the effects of aging.
We are basing our first protocol offerings on Paul Stamets’ patented Neurogenesis Stack Formula 7.
Each primary capsule contains:
- .1 grams dried psylocybin mushroom
- .1 grams powdered lions mane mushroom
- .1 grams niacin B3
Each secondary capsule (for the Stamets’ protocol) contains:
- .2 gram powdered lions mane mushroom
- .1 gram niacin B3
Golden Teacher Mushrooms
The Golden Teacher mushroom is so named for its appearance (gold caps) and its shamanic qualities in the imparting of wisdom to the user.
Our mushrooms are locally grown in small batches. They are serenaded with live music daily. We harvest early to maintain freshness and high potency. Naturally, we adjust dosages to reflect this potency.
Lion's Mane Mushrooms
We use only the purest organic powdered Lion’s Mane in our capsules.
Lion’s Mane has a wide range of health benefits ranging from brain and mood support, to digestive and stomach support. It works to support the nervous system, is heart healthy, and may aid in maintaining healthy glucose levels in already healthy individuals. Lion’s Mane has natural anti-inflammatory properties and is rich in antioxidants. Lion’s Mane may also help fortify immune function and protect against age-related cognitive decline.†

- This 100% pure powder is free of fillers.
When some people take niacin in a dose of 75 milligrams or more, they experience the flush; a tingling sensation, and redness in the face, neck, and arms, which is entirely harmless when stacking with Lion’s Mane. Yet it’s the symptom of the niacin doing what it’s supposed to do.
Microdosers report that the flush effect gets less intense once their body gets used to the stacking routine.*
Do not take more than two of the primary capsules per day. Exceeding .2 g of niacin can be uncomfortable.
Niacin (nicotinic acid), also known as vitamin B3 or vitamin PP, is a vitamin created in the body from the amino acid tryptophan. It’s obtained in the diet from a variety of whole and processed foods (on the label as E375). Although the names are similar, nicotinic acid has nothing to do with nicotine in tobacco. To avoid confusion, nicotinic acid is mostly referred to as niacin.
Niacin plays a vital role in energy and protein metabolism. Without this vitamin, a proper metabolism such as the synthesis of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates can’t exist. Niacin has an anti-oxidative effect and participates in many enzymatic processes. It’s essential for the regeneration of the skin, muscles, nerves, and DNA.
Paul Stamets reports that the majority of neurogenesis occurs in the nerve extremities; since niacin works as a flushing agent and carries the molecules of the other compounds across the blood-brain barrier, so it helps with the distribution of these important molecules.
*If you need the Niacin adjusted for your protocol, we are happy to work with you to align the dosage with your individual needs.
THE FADIMAN PROTOCOL (also known as the Beginners Protocol): The Fadiman Protocol is the most well-known microdosing protocol. It’s named after Dr. James Fadiman, who created this protocol to observe the effects of mircodosing by clearly distinguishing between microdosing days and non-microdosing days. The protocol is an excellent basis for a first microdosing experiment. It assumes a 3-day cycle, which you follow for four to eight weeks.
DAY 1: 1st microdosing day
DAY 2: transition day
DAY 3: normal day
DAY 4: 2nd microdosing day. In other words, every three days.
CYCLE: Continue this cycle for four to eight weeks.
RESET: Two to four weeks rest
Capsules come in quantities of ten per packet, a one-month supply for the Beginner’s Protocol.
THE PAUL STAMETS’ PROTOCOL #7 (slightly more intense than the Fadiman Protocol)
Paul Stamets, a world-renowned mycologist, holds U.S. patents for compositions and methods, a.k.a. protocols, for enhancing neuroregeneration and cognition by combining mushroom extracts containing active ingredients psilocybin with erinacines or hericenones enhanced with niacin.
DAYS 1-4: (primary capsule, .1 g cubensis, .1 g lions mane, .1 g niacin B3)
DAYS 5-7: {secondary capsule, .2 grams of Lion’s Mane, .1 grams of powdered niacin B3
CYCLE: continue for four weeks
RESET: Two to four weeks rest.
Four one-week packets with four primary capsules and three secondary, making it easy to stay on track with dosing/non-dosing days.
Each packet contains ten capsules, a month’s supply for the Fadiman Protocol, measured and made by hand, packaged with care.
